Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care and skincare products cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item, once approved, and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
